Ir. Dan-Stefan Florescu

I am an Illinois Institute of Technology graduate with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a Business Minor, where I acquired a strong foundation in both technical and business aspects. I furthered my studies by pursuing a MSc in Strategic Product Design at Delft University of Technology. My goal was to understand by using different design and innovation management methods how desirability, feasibility, and suitability impact the viability of an innovation project for the company and its internal and external contexts. While following my goal I developed the Viability Decision Canvas, a tool designed to facilitate decision-making for radical innovation concepts.
